cant remember will check when i get home, its working well though the BOSS is amazing. no pixelation that I have noticed. Its 1080 50p I know that much, only fault is the filter adaptor/reducer comes into view right at the edge occasionally, but after warp stab its gone, need warp stab cos BOSS...

    BMPCC, GH4, 5DmkIII, NEX7...did I miss any?

Discontinued Matt, like hens teeth now. hence why I got a CX410. I shouldnt have posted that PJ780 comparison lol. certainly wish I never found it :( Futures a phantom 2 / H3-3D and a gopro, I'm just coming out of denial of the fact. on the plus side its £699 from Inverness Maplins !

    Learned something about gains Yesterday!

Me too, I up'd my basic gains a while back, was pretty rock solid in pitch and roll in wind but not so good for yaw, was looking back at some old footage from when I had my gains low and the yaw was far more stable

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

Yeah was quite shocked, I did notice how my 410 can be totally crisp in the main but then has little smudgy bits and a little chalky. 780 def sharper and richer colours. dont know if I could differentiate though If they were not side by side. Post hijack...sorry Ronan!

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

The only other thing I can think of other than cinestar or derivative and clones is an AV130, arch type, I personally dont think brushless gimbal is necessary with this range of camcorders. I dont know about you PJ810 but on my CX410 the tripod mount point is so ar forward I dont think I could...

    Lightweight gimbal for camcorders?

I use a cinestar servo gimbal with a CS410, very happy with it it, quick no fuss, forgiving in setup. the radians are sufficient to allow the BOSS to compensate all the tilt servo judder and vehicle yaw oscillations completely, occasional slight servo backlash perceivable in roll. however its...

Need some serious help through the mine field of Multi Rotor Choices

I think a good HD camcorder, say a sony with BOSS, would be a better option for close zoom, lighter and simple to control with LANC

Need some serious help through the mine field of Multi Rotor Choices

I think the bar is set with the Asctec falcon right now. I wonder why you would need a DSLR for industrial use?

    BNUC-s vs. RPQ-s?

Temporary commercial use ban on Phantoms using 5.8GHz for control at the moment, look into it before you make your choice, probably get lifted but worth keeping in mind.

Time for a new copter.... But which one?

Hi David, X8 I reckon, I believe Droidworx are selling off their old ADX-4's cheap at the moment, should be ample for a GH4 and BLG, if your looking at GH4 should have a peak at the Lumix FZ1000 Great to hear your going for RPQ, I gather Resource are opening a division in Edinburgh.

    DJI naza wobbling

17" props on 2kgAUW I dont think you could get enough prop speed to get any stability with Naza. In my experience Naza is quite wobbly with all but smaller faster spinning props
