Would you use this prop?

Finally received my TBS Discovery frame, TBS 900kv's and 9x5 Graups. After spending the last couple of nights building, I was finally ready to install the props, but I am pretty gutted that I opened the prop box to find this:

Am I right in thinking that this is faulty straight from the box, or would you use a prop like this?

I wouldn't accept that as a new prop. Whys the print so far off, like a clone or defect

Is there a crack after the chip? Was that in a package like that?

Straight out of the box like this Kloner. No crack, but scratches on the printing...
