Why is everything getting so hot?

I'm flying a quad with the ATG 600 frame and these components.
Hawkings 3530-14 1100kv motors.
Gemfan 11X4.7 props
Rctimer 30 amp programmable esc's with timing set to low.
Nanotech 3s 4000ma lipo.
On my watt meter I'm getting a maximum of 360 watts with 47.6 amp current draw.
The esc's seem to be getting pretty hot as do the motors. I'm not getting any odd behavior, it just seems awfully warm. Having said that, the ambient temp here is in the 90s. The quad climbs like a rocket at full throttle and handles very well with no bad habits. I'm just stumped by the heat issue.
I'm using a Rabbit FCB.
AUW with camera and battery is 4lb 7oz. The esc's and motors are not so hot that I can't touch them but they do seem VERY warm. I need to buy a temp gun to see just how hot they are getting.
The motors call for 10X4.7 props but with 5/16" prop adapters, finding props like this is rather hard. I've got some 10X6 Zingers coming. Any ideas anyone?

Ok thanks. That is pretty much what I had thought. I won't be flying it anymore until I get the new props. Since the Zingers aren't slow fly props I'm hoping the extra 1.3 pitch won't hurt me any. In your opinion what would be the ideal props for this setup?
