What's your S800 charging setup?

I need to keep the 6s 5000mah batteries for the S800 juiced in a good and timely rotation. Thinking of having about six of the things. What are people out there using? I'm thinking of setting up a dedicated case with a 500W DC supply and two iChargers or similar inside a pelican box ready to run international off of 110 or 220 or vehicle power. Post your setup / advice / warnings

thats not enough to keep turning around. we have a different brand 800, similar setup and run 6s 5300 mah. we show up with 16 packs and even with a 1 kw charger it's barely enough to keep up.

I use 2 dell server power supplies withe the housings isolated from the board, i run two 1200 watt in series to get 24 volts then i'm on a icharger 3008...... it'll do 30 amps into a distro board that can charge up to 6 6s at a time. run that off a 4000 watt generator and it hums al day long, last shots of the day i'm waiting for packs and we go home totaly empty. 10 hour days

made it all myself. the server power supplies are like $20 ea on ebay, case was $60 and the charger just costs what it costs which was pretty reasonable

however, things have changed over at icharger and there new 40 amp dual output chargers on them 48v power supplies is where i'm heading next.... they do 80 amps on two packs, super dope

try www.progressiverc. they have awesome charging stations all set up in pelicans. works great for me

That setup looks rad. Ended up getting a couple of 200W Dynamite passports that do a decent job. They have internal power supplies and take 220v/50hz which is nice to have all in one package. If I wasn't traveling by air I would build a dedicated box, but I think I'll have to wait. Thanks for posting pics.
