1. Negative value is normal. It just means you measure in the opposite direction from zero. So if 0 to 360 is counter clockwise then you measure 112 degrees clockwise.
2. The 4 point warning message is telling you that your vibration during the trial unbalance at 0,120 and 240 degrees is way higher than the original vibration level. This is quite rare to get a message like this. Yes using a smaller trail weight will remove the warning. Did you try the "Trail Weight" estimator tool? It should give you an idea of the approx trial weight you need. Please send a photo of your setup and a screen shot of the 4 point method results. Seems odd you are getting this warning message. By the way where are you applying the trial weight?
