I must change this thing more often than my socks, but have finally found what was looking for. Wish i'd have started here, but then i wouldn't have such a nice rx. This thing is the bomb, penetrates anything and has an unbelievably clear picture. the sound is super clean too. Through walls, down in valleys, it shows it all. When discovery gets here, i'll swap over the quad too
Your looking at a 1258Mhz crosshair RHCP receiver. 8.5db gain going into the new Digital RMRC vRx out of that into the Eagle Eyes then out of that into a 5.8 vTx and out to the DVR, 32mb, 30fs, 640x480. From there the back of my 22" monitor has a uno 5.8 vRx, cloverleaf and the Goggles also pick that feed up, SPW on that. Been ponderin leaving my quad 5.8 so then can use a straight monitor or goggles, but i really like the quality of the picture enough to warrant blowing out that idea. Tried it last trip out without the dvr and it worked killer. Can put it up on the roof or up on a hill for the best of situations
Wound up hardwiring the video out and the power in to clean up the install. bnc to rca wasn't my style. All the antennas shown are homemade
