Traditional receiver to PPM (sum) converter - what / where to get?

Hi guys,

I use Spektrum / JR radios. However, in some situations do envy the S-bus concept provided to the Futaba users. One example being cleaner installation to the DJI Wkm thus freeing up ports that can be used for gimbal control even if wkm is used in an octocopter.

PPM (sum) is an alternate to S-bus in this context. It is also useful with the Picloc 3X, which I have. The Picloc 3X accepts only 5 traditional input channels, but up to eight with PPM sum (and more than five might soon be desirable)

These were some reasons for wanting a converter that translates the output channels of a traditional RX to a PPM data stream.

Do you have suggestions of such products and where it can be purchased (I live in Scandinavia but buy globally)?

Thanks / Tomas

read this over, i think this is what your asking for

For whatever reason the only maker is turnigy, but they have the orange receiver which i don't suggest witha built in sbus output. The only problem i had with dji is i couldn't remap the throttle from the futaba standard ch3 to ch1. i tried mixing, tried everything i could think of short of changing the mode of my radio.
