TBS Core, Wierd problem

Hi,

My TBS discovery's core is strange when i use Lawmate 1000 mw 1.2Ghz transmitter.


Can you give me any hints?

PS.. when i shot the movie i had the disco angled towards me, so dont mind the content of the image, mind the TBS discovery core OSD, why does it show zero load, and why is it flickering?
Does it not deliver enough juice for the lawmate?

Since you were testing in a room full of electronical devices, you might have a Radiation Interference issue (concerning the flickering) : If it's also flickering outside in the field, you might need a saw filter.....more reading about that here:

Thanks for your answers.
I might add a saw filter as you say. The TBS Core Shield is soldered as it's supposed.
The strange thing is that the current sensor works swell with 5.8 600mw immersion transmitter, but it's "dead" when using lawmate 1000mw 1.2 transmitter. Voltage is still visible as you see on my video.

I think it must be the TBS core which cannot handle the ampere of the 1.2Ghz 1000mw transmitter.... I did mail trappy twice but he did not answer this time, perhaps he is on vacation because he usually responds within a day or two.
