Question about 3s Lipo+Voltage Protection

Hi all,
This is my first post. Having only built and flown an Arducopter up till now, I purchased a Wookong with the intention of putting it in a heavy lift Octo a little later. For the moment I have it mounted on an F450 just to test.
Had my first flight today and I must say I'm really impressed !
My question is about voltage protection. I set it up Yesterday and erred on the side of caution, but I'm wondering what most people set their protection levels at.
What is a recommended first level voltage warning and what is a recommended second level ? I know every setup will be different in terms of consumption, but I'm curious to know if there is a rule of thumb for setting your levels.
Also what is the absolute minimum voltage before you should land ?
I'm using Zippy 5000 mAh 15c batteries with jDrones AC 2836-358, 880Kv motors, 10x4.5 Props and the F450.
Any advice is appreciated !
Many Thanks
Eoin
