Hi all help needed bit new to all this had my 450 quad for about 6 months now but i feel i have never been happy with it
i started with a naza v1 no gps at the start and every thing seemed good steep learning curve but all was good then i had some flipping over problems updated the
softwear and seems to fix it for a bit i added gps to help with the flying but still carnt get a good flight has a lot of drifting
and now i dont seem to get a very good flight times about 2 mins max
this is my first quad so started with every thing with a tight budget but i realy am not having fun with it any more so i call for help
with flight times and with my naza not sure where to start looking

well its a 450 quad with 1000kv motors 9x4.8 props and 30amp esc
naza v1 with gps 2200mah battery's
battery was reading 16.6 at the start and i have it set to 80% fail safe
but that was 2 mins into flight

i'm in north devon England if any body whants to have a look and give me some pointers that would be great

I am confused about your comment of "80% fail safe" What is your first and second level voltages set at and how many mA are you putting back into your lipos when you charge them after a 2 minute flight?

Thank you I understand better. My previous question still stands, how many mA's are you putting back into your lipos and are you using a balancing charger. You may have a bad cell. 2 minutes is bad 7-8 minutes is acceptable.

What is your "C" rating on the batteries? Not the charge rate, the "C" for max amps... You should see something like, 2000mAh 4S 20 -40 C or something like that.

As Tahoe Ed asked, what are you putting back into the batteries mA wise? What is your AUW also, tell us everything about this copter, number of motors, type, esc and type, age of batteries and have they ever been discharged below recommended, have they ever got hot? puffy?
