Hoverfly OSD and YAW issues .802

I have jumping voltage from 1.83 to 2.25volts (acts like there is a capacitor in a circuit). I have got the same voltages on both top (camera in) and bottom (vtx out) rows of pins.

don't know what that means in fault-diagnosis terms. do you have something with high magnification that you can use to look at the pin attach points or maybe to see if there's something on the board causing a short?

there is nothing causing short i believe. i would not a picture from the camera otherwise
