yeeeah....SONY is coming up with a vew new cameras, and dealers have to get rid of stock....but I stopped a long time ago to jump always on the latest hype....

Is B&H a reliable source to buy this camera from?

Over the past 25 or 30 years I have purchased an awful lot of camera gear from B&H. Never a problem.

On the phone they can be a little abrupt, its best to know what you want and be ready to go when they answer.....assuming you phone them at all these days.

B&H has done so well for me that I would not deal with any of the other NYC houses.....ESPECIALLY Adorama! They have screwed me much more often than not.

This is not just a shop, this is a place where you go with a tent (inside) and stay for a week....or two

that was quick,,,, bnh and sony store ran out of the body only kits already. There still all over the web for the $398 body only, $498 with 18-55 and there offering the 55-210 with it for $249

I grabbed 2 5n bodies.... should get me going with the real estate thing at a decent rate.

Both. I use a Stratosnapper. Put on a 3way switch, one way starts video, other way takes snaps

Thanks. when you snap pics are they 1 at a time? can you get a remote to shoot every several seconds?

I'm using the stratosnapper and you can program it to take snapshots as often as you want. I have mine set to every two seconds.
