New Props Needed DJI F550

After breaking a couple of my 9" Graupner E props I need a replacement set and Graupners are out of production. Any recommendations? Also, did DJI fix their failing in flight prop issue? I'm reluctant to by DJI props or use the ones which came with my kit.

I like the new DJI 10x3.8's. They are tough and I fly them with my F550 and F450 on 4S. They don't cost an arm and a leg like the Graupners.

I was surprised at the balance of the rctimer 10x5's cf graupklones for bout 29 bucks shipped from diyquads. Might try the 9's when my fleet of 9" graups make their last pair.

I just put a set of Bird Dog 9x5 carbon props on my F550 with good results.

Total, with shipping cost for 2 sets of 4, $31.49

I got the *new* DJI 1038 props. The blades are much thicker near the hub than the props which came with my kit purchased in late 2012.

Have not flown them yet but all looks good. Thanks again for the advice.
