Hi guys!
I want to know why i have to put my trottle above the middle to stabilize the altitude...it suppose to be in middle..
I have a dji naza gps f550 with aeroxcraft gimbal and 10" graupner, stock esc and motors, 3s 5000mha lipo

tks

What is your total weight .. Grams? If your over max capacity it wont hold your altitude. I know f450 it is 1600 grams.

the stock dji motors, leave alot to be desired. they offten lack the kick thats needed, esp when flying at 11.1v they do work better at 14.8 but they still are expensive and cheaply made , u are better off with some suppos' or something else.

well With my new 4s 4000mha 40c lipo it hovering just fine now! I don't know the weight of my rig for now but it really a change of performence compare to the 3s 5000mha 30c

Same problem with f450 w/ FPV gear installed

Did your quad do this? I don't remember ever having this issue when I had the gopro on it before but in this video the quad only has 2 2200 batteries in parallel for weight...I've messed with gains and blades and it's really starting to frustrate me...

The entire time i'm flying at mid throttle...at the end it dives all the way to the ground so I finally gave up and just cut throttle once it hit

basic flight. if you lean the quad over to go forward you are losing some lift in order to move forward, hence you need more throttle to maintain same altitude. Attitude mode doesnt have anything todo with maintaining altitude. Maintaining the same altitude at half throttle refers to hovering, maintaining altitude at HOVER not forward flight. After watching your video, i thought your quad was flying real nice. Just add some throttle if you want to maintain altitude.

brett, go put everything like you have it on your quad and balance it on something and show us where cg is.
