Multicopter for Police Use

Here is an interesting item where a Swift Current Saskatchewan Hobby shop has become a significant supplier for fleet of Multirotors for police aerial camera work.
I would be interested in what the experts on this forum have to say about this MR design, cost, reliability etc.
The system designer/supplier also provides a rough system cost comparison near the end...

Wonder what the latency is like on those encrypted downlinks.

We spent some time with the SeattlePD machine and I was amazed at how primitive it was for the cost.

The flat foots from Liverpool managed to get it all wrong including breaking the law due to Civil Aviation Authority violation but the best bit was when they managed to dump it in the River Mersey.
Now you all know why we don't trust them to carry guns.

I talked to the hobby shop owner some time ago asking too many technical questions......
go the sales pitch boasting of CHAOS superiority c/w condemnation of the newer technologies as unreliable etc.
Their competition for police application seems to be Draganflyer out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan which is much more expensive.
