HI !

I thinked to do a good thing to buy CF props for the almost the same price of Graupner props but I'm upset now because they don't fit.

Guys, have you idea how to fit these props on DJI motors ?

or to save a headache .............return it to Hong Kong......

I'm scared to install stock DJI 8" props on the F550 loaded to easy 2400gr

You just need to get a prop reamer, or a step bit, and ream out the hole to the right size. I think it's 8 mm if I'm not mistaken. I've done it with the old XAircraft motors that had the same odd ball shaped hubs, but they had a slightly different size.

It can be done, just don't use a standard drill bit... you will never keep it centered and it the prop will be useless when it's out of alignment.

Just make sure that the hub is big enough to take a hole that size. If you don't have enough hub left over, it can crack and that would be very bad.

I don't have prop reamer and I think if I drill to the correct diameter the hub will not be enough thick. Does exist an adapter ?

no there is no adapter. You'd have to get motors with a 5mm shaft, you have an 8mm shaft. That hub is too small

I buy it from Foxtech and quality looks very Nice . The props are very very stiff but remember the hole are 5mm
It's 8x4.5 and counter-clockwise set 3 of each. If you are interested i sell for the price i pay 77$US and i can pay for shipping.
