[SUB][/SUB]Sorry if this has been discussed before but.....I got my Graupner props today and went to fit them onto the stock DJI motor but have found that the prop shaft is 5.1mm and the prop bore is 5mm. I've looked at around at prop reamers but the only ones i've found are 5, 6 and 8mm (or larger) AND out of stock. Anyone got any ideas or tips on how to make this fit?

I haven't measured the top portion that's threaded but are you talking about the bottom portion that is 8mm?
That's what the Graupners need in order to fit the bottom of the DJI motor.

What Graupners are you using?

You can also use a stepper bit, have to grab the link I believe Kloner posted in a different thread.

The props are bored to 5, 6 and 8mm but as you mentioned the actual threaded portion of the shaft is 5.1mm. I basically need to bore out the 5mm hole to 5.1m and then it will be fine....

Well the stock DJI motor past the threads is 8mm so the prop will need to be fully reamed out to the 8mm allowing the prop to go past the threaded section onto the main portion of the motor shaft.

Unless something has changed on the prop you'll need the entire hole to be 8mm with a reamer like you mentioned or a step ddrill bit fit flush down on the lower portion of the motor shaft.

I might be misinterpreting your question :-/
