FPV- RCA cable shortening??

Hey guys, I had an FPV setup which included a GoPro3 Black and FatHead Tx/Rx combo of which was setup with an RCA input to the Rx via a 3.5 plug for video.........problem is, the wires were too long and I've cut them and re-soldered them but can'y figure out how to get the video back into the monitor via the cut RCA wire? I see the RCA video wire had a single yellow strand in the middle with shielded copper wires around it......what do I solder it to, to get the video back into the monitor?

Please see attached photos~

this is an analog video signal so all you have is signal and ground. the yellow is signal, the shield is the ground. i'll usually peel back the sheath a bit and twist the shield into a wire and cover it with heat shrink so at the end of the wire it has what appears to be 2 wires,,,,, i cant see from your pictures, but the video tx should have audio signal, video signal, power and ground. usually audio is white

I've done just that.....the shield has been twisted into a small copper wire and the yellow is by itself, but what connects to what for the video to pass through?

prior to cutting this I had the RCA jacks connected with connectors and there were simply too many wires all bundled up hence the cutting and tidying of these wires, but at one point it all worked fine......just at a loss regarding the video wire!
