Welcome to MultiRotorForums.com!!
Hi All,
I'm building an Okto with a Droidworx frame and the frame is laid out so the arms are like a double quad with two front, two back, two on each side. My MK std Okto 2 has one arm each in the front/back and one each side with the other four on the corners.
I'd like the DW to have the same layout as the MK but before I do I thought I'd ask if anyone can think of a reason not to.
To make it work I'll have to drill and countersink new holes for the FC board and relocate the gear to different mounting holes (probably have to make new gear brackets as well). I'll ba able to copy my MK config to the new DW Okto and keep the two pretty much the same as far as settings go (I hope).
Just looking for something I might not have thought of yet.
Thanks,
Bart
