First MR Quad | DJI Phantom, F450 Flame wheel, or should I wait for Phantom Vision?

I'd like to do some video, nothing high end. I'm torn between a discounted Phantom with a GoPro or waiting for the Vision, but I can't get any spec's on the Phantom Vision regarding the camera. Will it be removable? Stabilzed? Does anybody know? So I guess my question is, will I be spending as much for a F450 Flame Wheel as the Vision given the same capabilities by the time I'm done? Any advice appreciated.

Discounted Phantom...get a v1.1.1...the latest version (v1.2 or 1.3 is NOT a newer version)...just can't beat that price...then get a $100 gimbal and a GoPro...couple extra batteries...couple extra props. That's get you going nicely.

Vision looks super nice though...but it's way more money.
