F550 wiring diagram

Hi folks,

It's my first post here and I will ask you to check and comment the attached wiring diagram I did for my future F550.

I didn't find anywhere on the net something showing the whole DJI avionics in the same schema, so I did i myself, but I probably missed something.

I would like to include as much information as possible, so please feel free to comment !

Thanks

Diego

2.4Ghz RC link and 2.4Ghz data link?

Yeah really... Not a good choice buddy, you will have terrible range problems and probably a fly away.

Apart from that, very nice diagram... everything else looks ok.

Really guys with the 2.4GHz datalink?
I run that setup and it's fine. Surely hardly anyone would use the 2.4GHz data link if it was going to cause flyaways with the other 2.4GHz tx/rx systems.

Are you saying we should all switch to the ezuhf system or similar if using the 2.4GHz datalink? If so, I'll ditch the datalink. I've not used it in anger yet anyway.

It is a nice diagram. Remember not to connect the PC GS program and the iPad via BT at the same time. It will cause you problems. I don't know anyone that is not using the Data Link and RC both on 2.4gHz. The GS is not yet available for the P2 or the Vision.

There was another guy on here using 2.4 Control and 2.4 Datalink, he had about 50' before his copter lost communications with his Control.

Good advise, thanks. But I don't plan to buy a iPad (let's say my religion doesn't allow me to :)), just put it to be complete.

I've read that the PC GS had more functions, do you confirm ?

What do you do when another copter comes to fly around in the same sky than you ? Do you land and wait ? Same problem : Both are 2.4GHz, but FHSS select different channels to keep all links safe.

I am just quoting his problem... it does not matter what channel you are on, if the TX can swamp the RX then the RX will not get a decent signal from the TX that is further away, channel bleed over could possibly be the cause.
