Have you disconnected the motors cable connector from the naza at any time? There are guides in the connector which suggest it should be connected with the lugs facing down to match the slots at the bottom of the naza. I had the same issue with somersaulting on takeoff.
I checked back on a photo i had taken and discovered that the plug was connected the other way round (lugs facing up) from the factory. I reversed the plug and the problem was solved.
