DJI Released Naza-M Firmware 4.00

i'm not able to upgrade one of the two naza i own.... tried a lots of time but nothing.... nothing !!!
each time i connect it to the PC , run the assistant and open the upgrade info page; after this it start to download and stop at 1%.
in the same time i have seen that this disconnect my internet connection and even if i try again nothing happen.... also noticed that on the upgrade page my user name go away.
i'm really tired to try and still fly with the old firm. not a good think but i have nothing else to try, this naza V1 is one year old , flown for no more than 20 times and never had a crash, so i think it have something strange
any ideas?
obviously have contacted the dealer and get no reply....
have contacted Dji europe and get..... no reply again....

4.0 Working good.
So far... 4.0 is working good for me. Nice and stable. The Auto takeoff is ver cool. Just be aware of it at first. Ground effect hovering and descending has become easier as well.:livid:
What is the general consensus on 4.0 now -- does it work well?
I'm still flying with 1.6 because I read about many flyaways with 2.0.
