Here is how the wires work on the connector going into the Naza, ( please remember I do not have a Naza, but a WKM ). Power wire, red, is in the center. Ground wire is brown or black, depending on the esc manufacturer. The other wire is the signal, yellow or white usually, depending on the manufacturer.

Do you get the beeps?

What does the amber light mean in the manual?

Hi Tom,
I know that now, thanks to Tahoe Ed. Been on the phone with him trying to get this thing in the air. Now that everything has been updated and calibrated, I can't get the motors to fire up. I'm beat up from this.

Are you using the Combination Stick Command (CSC) to activate the motors? They wont start automatically just by increasing the throttle. Slide both Throttle and Pitch sticks fully down and to the left and the motors should fire up. You then have a few seconds to increase the throttle or they will stop again and you'll have to repeat the CSC. Its a safety thing. There are actually 4 CSC commands - see the manual pages 12/13. You can use anyone of them

This is what you have to look forward to when you become an old fart. How many times have I sat here and read that?

Thank you, RCNut, that works. Have a good evening.
