Hi all! Longtime lurker here. :) We built this monster to test our skills and our newly developed carbon frame: we wanted a very special testbench, something really extreme and... crazy! We'll try our best to answer any question. Hope you'll enjoy, more to come. Thanks for watching! :)

I wanted to see you put it back in that little car, or did each little car carry half? That is indeed a monster, nice work!

Thanks TStrike! :D The Prius trunk space is enough for this beast but you need to fold the rear seats to accommodate the upper part of the frame. The gimbal features the excellent Allied Drone's quick release mount so it's a swift to breakdown the CineFORCE X16! We're in the final stages of testing our new co-axial specific carbon fiber frames and this monster is perfect to stress them! More to come!!! ;D

I was actually going to ask if the copter CARRIED the car there! Very impressive! What kind of payload you expecting for that beast?

:D

We've made some tests and we loaded three gym weights for a total of 30Kgs but we honestly do not know the limit of our experimental monster. One thing is for sure: a fully loaded RED camera with heavy optics and a 3-axis gimbal is handled very easily.

With shrinking 4K camera sizes and weight is it worth the investment in time and money? Every time I think about pushing the button on something that will lift 6KG for 8 mins the shekel signs start running tough my head and I cannot justify the outlay..... OK if Speilburg comes knocking thats a different matter but to have a 14/16k machine sat on the bench it has to be paying for the privilege, I see that privilege shrinking and a machine that can carry 3/3.5kg in the next twelve months will be the one to invest in... could be wrong but for me it would not be the first time I am but would not be the first time I am right either!

Good luck with the project

Dave
