I think solid red is "bad attitude status". Check the manual. It usually goes away. Maybe your Naza is bad, contact your dealer.

Blinking red is normal for un programmed NAZA.

Yeah, it's solid red, then when I plug it into the USB it goes VERY dim green.

I contacted the dealer but he's tough to get replies from (RC-drones).....screens phone calls, doesn't answer emails, barely answers pm's.

I am not sure but RC-drones may use Empire as distributor, if so you can try contacting Empire direct:

I did this when I had a bad Naza, mine would not keep gimbal level and produced erratic flight at times, and my dealer told me to call them, I did and my unit was returned to Empire by my dealer after I filled out the form. I am still waiting for my credit but I should get that soon.

That sounds like a long process. Hoping RC-drones just swaps it out for me? It's only 6 weeks old.

Waiting to hear back from them.
