Alexmos 32bit servo not connected error

Hi I've Alexmos stabiliser 32bit. When I connected it to pc. It shows servo not connected error & error count keep increasing. .
and couldn't get any pitch on roll moments on software. It was working well.

check the imu and or cable......if you can, take a macro picture of the imu and post it.

what brand is it?

I've checked cable with multimeter and all connections are ok.
