I got it.. Battery receiver 2 days ago.
On my hexa i fly up to 9-10mim with 2x 5S 2.3Ah
In next day im going to fly with 1 pack only. It shoud give me 6-7min.
More test will be when I receive my life monitor.


2packs of 5S 2300mah .
5x3.6V is little more than 4s lipo but it was fine.

Didn't see this thread before. Glad you went for the A123 cells - the C rating on the no-brand ones sucks.

looks like all new tech. a year ago all there stuff was on sale, i thought they filed bankruptcy or something..... good stuff, new stuff looks even better.

i bought a hyperion pack of this lifepo4, but one cell came bad and it sucked.....

Tested .. Flying time 6min.30sek - 7min in GPS mode F550 1.57kg + battery 410g 5S1P = total weight 1.98kg

Is very hard monitor voltage by life/lipo monitors because the characteristic of the cells.

During the flight voltage is about 2.53-2.65 per cell from the begining almost to the end of the flight, after that voltage is drastically going down , so you have maybe 10-20sek for land.
The best way checked by me is OSD with current sensor. I usually land at 2100mAh on my OSD, after i have about 20 sek left to reach 2.0V per cell.

Btw F550 takes maximum 32-35A in GPS mode.
