Thx all for the fast info. Latest firmware installed but i keep getting purple lines, black lines, menu freezes, osd info not useable. Who ever put the word PRO in GoPro?? And why do we believe them? I will have to do with it for now as I am travelling, grrrrrr.... Ok at least I manage some...

Concerning the immersionrc cloverleaf proto I tried: i did not try any other cloverleaf yet but comparing directly with the normal stick antenna (600mw transmitter + fatshark dominators) at about 1km (with a plane) the stick antenna showed white stripes and the image disappeared sometimes...

You are right, a second fpv dedicated camera is the way to go. I had to find out by myself but i am convinced now. I have a few more issues with the hero2, sometimes there are horizontal lines in the pictures. Am not happy with it at all. Maybe the new fatshark hd fpv cam will be better suited...

Hi all, Am finally traveling (south of Italy) and trying to get some nice photo's with my f330/hero2 combo. Not easy but am learning a lot. Everything fitted in my hand luggage. Will report on my experiences when I am back Cman

Mine goes blank (black) and stays black after about 5 pics but it keeps taking pics. It does show the OSD info with the camera sign in orange. It can only be removed by removing the battery. Now i did some tests and it seems to work if the (gopro) OSD is switched off....

Hi all, Just found out that I cannot take timelapse pics with my gopro2 less than every 30seconds because after a few images the video out goes black and stays black!!! I have a FAST sd card and the gopro is brandnew. Anybody with the same problem? Very dissapointing since I prefer still images...

Aaarrgghhh, one day before my trip I crashed it (one broken leg) and I have a small scratch on my brandnew GoPro2..... Running around to get spareparts now.. Took some testing pics at work, windy and lost it for 1 second when switching from fatsharks to my sunglasses: hit a tree..

Today I added a tilt only gimbal (aluminium), could not help myself. Flies still great. With tx and 4000mah 4S its 1310gr now.. small problem I found with the new hero2 gopro: no more useable live output when timelapsing under 10 seconds!!

There is a cloverleaf inside the dome ;) (5.8ghz) Its still a proto (from a known FPV supplier) but will be available soon on the market and it will be better and cheaper that what is now available... If you are not patient make one yourself but without proper tuning results are not as good.

The cloverleaf + dome will be available online soon (few weeks) ;) All I can say now is that it works very well compared to the stick antenna, far less "snow" in the image at long distances..

Well position hold for photography and rth for if it flies a bit out of sight would be all I really need! Would make me feel much safer.
