Where did you here that? I've been flying the H4 for over a year and can tell you video out has zero latency.;) The only time you will see delay in the video is if your using the android/apple app with wifi, not connected to direct video out.

Seems to be a pattern with the SuperX Fc's that came from Xaircraft America. I and a few others that purchased from Jeff at Cnc heli, haven't had any issues.

Maybe you need to get out of CA. I have flown numerous hours testing in my front yard, local parks, schools, and police come by to check out my multi, not hassle me. Have not ever been approached in a negative way in FL by law enforcement in two years flying full time.

If I remember right, you send them your serial numbers and they will send you a calibration file that will fix leveling issues.
