How do I set up my Naza light and DJI 450 to work with my Futaba 7C 2.4ghz

Sorry, I'm not familiar with "CCPM"and "H1", so maybe I'm leading you down the wrong path. But the best way to think of the Naza is as if it were a fly by wire system (which it really is). As such, all you need is someway to get your -100 to +100 inputs into the Naza from your receiver. As...

How do I set up my Naza light and DJI 450 to work with my Futaba 7C 2.4ghz

Then maybe use helicopter settings. That's what my Futaba 8FG uses.

Wish I never bought this thing!!!!

Can you tell us what you *have* done? I mean, how much ground do we have to cover? - Have you hooked up all the wires from your receiver into the Naza as specified in the instructions? - What did you start with for programming in your Futaba? - What receiver are you using? If you start with a...

    Co-pilot 4channel

So that's where you him my knowledge limit. I hadn't heard of a multi-rotor that doesn't use a flight computer of some kind. You need something that does the required motor mixing for the type of MR that you have. My limited understanding of the copilot2 is that all it does it command...

    Co-pilot 4channel

I have one DJI Naza MRs (F450), and two DJI Wookong MRs (F550 and S800). I fly the F450 in very tight confines, including indoors. On one of my first MR flights ever, my F450 hit a tree branch and began to tumble to the ground. The Naza corrected the aircraft, leveled it off about 2 feet from...

Cost Of Doing Business - How to suceed financially long term as a creative....

Thanks Chris for posting that. Our threads here tend to be very heavy on the technical side, and a few threads (as you pointed out) on a small sliver of the business side. I would add that there is another aspect of what we do (or are trying to do), and that is the creative/artistic side. I...

    Co-pilot 4channel

Interesting, but seems more aimed at 3D pilot training. Out of curiousity, are you planning on using your MR for 3D stuff? For me, since I use Attitude and GPS modes of my flight computers, I wouldn't find a use for it since their stabilization modes are more than sufficient for me. Maybe...

See all the FrSky products at here!

Koolkiwikat... you act as if any online RC vendor uses their own photos for their products. You name the vendor, the pics are seldom their own, and are from the manufacturers library of photos, or from stock photo place. Just struck me up as humorous as a criteria from buying from someone.

    80% Rule or 3.7v?

There's another thread on this: http://www.multirotorforums.com/showthread.php?11854-3-7V-or-80-for-LiPos&p=111718#post111718 Long story made short... after reading everybody's replies I set my alarms so that I end up putting 80% back into the pack. P.S. I thought it was funny you named your...

DJI Released New Firmware 5.24 for WKM

Yep, gotcha. I love having the BT LED, sure helps in setting the gains (and other stuff like compass cal). I was just taken back when you mentioned motor settings, and wondering if there was something new that we could tweak that I wasn't aware of. Thanks

    Zenmuse/Nex7 raw footage question

Oh, by the way, have you tried Attitude mode? My vibrations seem to only exist when I'm in GPS mode, though today even GPS mode was better.

    Jeti and S800 Evo?

I think choosing a transmitter is a personal taste kind of thing. As long as it gives you the channels you need for the Wookong and/or gimbal, and it has some kind of frequency hopping or encoding to prevent other transmitters from interfering, you're good to go.

Glad the tip helped. Also, in PremierePro, ensure that "auto scaling" is turned off when you stabilize your footage. Do you scaling post-stabilization. Keep in mind you can effectively get the medium and narrow field of view out of your 2.7k footage. That way you can minimize distorted look...

Zenmuse h3-2d hibernation issue with fw1.04

I do near flat turns and mine still goes into hibernation mode on me quite often. I haven't had it happen to me on climbs or descents.

On my GoPro setup I almost always record in 2.7k (unless I really need 60fps) for the same reasons that RED and BlackMagic record at higher resolutions that 1080p: you get a lot of flexibility. You can zoom and crop your video to 1080p and frame your shot for the area of interest without loss...
