Not an exposure problem - I used Aperture mode, tried Manual too. It is really the manual autofocus...so i guess for both stills and manual the AF will be left off...

well, there is a way to make the shutter work for stills -> by switching the AF to manual on the lens...!

Ok i decided to fix the Gh4 myself by adjusting the set screws to that the GH4 does not bang against the gimbal on initialization... Was not willing to wait another month after the short leg story. Anyway, i have 2 issues: - there is a a yaw drift. The S900 is dead stable but the zenmuse keeps...

How can they be standard if they are not suited to DJI own gimbal?? What's the percentage of S900 carrying a Zenmuse vs something else. Sorry I don't buy that. Clearly judging how quickly they were to replace them it's pretty clear it was a mistake to them. Semantics are important here.

What is the final word on those longer legs? I bought the zenmuse Gh4 and the DJI S900 together...and now that I am done testing the bird without the gimbal...I just found the legs are too short. How can that happen? After the issues I have with the Gh4, this. Is there any form of QA in that...

I did a bit of load testing before mounting the Zenmuse and the GH4...(Preciou$ load). The weight is about exactly the same weight as the Zenmuse and the Gh4. I get 15mins (flying not hovering) with a 16000mah lipo. I have to say the S900 package from opening the box to maiden flight is pretty...

I think somebody mentioned this earlier but I just can't believe what I am seeing. The top of the gimbal touches both the mode and drive select drives which of course screws up the initializing (and completely scratched the dials on the GH4). Is this something that can be tuned? What did I miss...

Glad to see a video where the MR is actually flown rather than hovered or slow translations. Give some confidence. Let's see how it goes - I had a lot of Align stuff (not the electronics tough)...and was always quite happy with it. If it can push the industry - that will be better for everyone.

I almost when BMPC...but then I realize it does NOT take stills (!!!) so went for GH4 - just seems like the most versatile platform for now.

Finished with the electrical part. I just miss a XT60 connector to fix the power distribution board to the bottom frame. I opted not to use PCB board in the arms but run wires - I found arms are much easier to assemble and lock as the wires have some free space to move. No issue with build - all...

Not sure if i can be that patient...but you are correct...I will test as many situations as possible... Anyway, WKM goes first on the Gryphon and may stay there.
