I have telemetry from the iOSD, the transmitter (Spektrum) and I check with a volt-meter before and after each flight. The iOSD has been very reliable so far (one-year old this month).
Cool?
It's only in meters (as far as I know). I find the readings accurate enough. Just have a conversion chart with you from ft to m and you'll be fine. I've done a few height specific jobs for architects and they were more than happy!
My lipos are charged daily to be honest. Jobs often come with very short notice so I have to be ready to go. No harm in keeping lipos charged for a few days. Mine are like new after a year, but I don't over-fly them, they come back with 3.8V or more per cell.
I have a little Voltz voltage checker. Also balances and discharges. No power connections needed. Admittedly it would take a day to discharge a 6S lipo as it's only 0.1A discharge or something.
Well, I can't really help you. But I boot-up the program first, then power up the aircraft/WKM. I do it directly to the WKM USB port.
Keep trying mate. I've had it fail before, just try again....and again....
Oh, that's what you meant. So sorry!
HorizonAP in the UK have lots of videos with a GH3. BBStratus too. Flyonix were using one also.
Everyone seems to think up imaginary problems with the Zenmuse but the results are still stunning compared to anything else. It really is a great gimbal!
