I ditched the s800 long ago, it will be under an X8 or my Carbon Core Hexa which has plenty of thrust. I am familiar with the need balancing because even with my zen I run into this every time I want to add a filter or change the lens or battery. The zen has zero settings that you can alter so...

Would you guys who have purchased this gimbal recommend it? I have been flying with the Zenmuse but really would like something that can take better lenses. Whats your thoughts, anyone able to compare this to the zenmuse?

I can't find it now but there was a video of someone flexing there arm and having the motor stop. They had it running with no prop and when he bent it a certain way it would cut out, and then when he release it it would start again. I'll keep looking for the video. Maybe this is a similar issue.

I didn't clarify in my first post. Carbon core uses a rounded rectangular tube. So similar to a tear drop but does't taper. alignment is not an issue on these arms, and I believe they are better at handling prop wash then a round tube.

No good question. I believe it's better aerodynamics. Carbon core uses this design and works great.

Oh sorry, I miss read what you meant. I messed with the G2 and was under impressed. The build quality as well as the crazy noise it was generating. It struggled with gh2 and stock lens. G5 might be better.

Well they are hacking a wifi network. Nothing to do with what must of us are doing. But interesting non the less. People are in a frenzy with Amazon drones, even though these two things are completely unrelated.

Not to mention you have very little redundancy with a hex. I feel like Evos are struggle to work on a good day, pushing it sound like a bad idea.
