New MaxAmps Battery Damaged or Not?

I have a brand new 8000mAH 6S battery pack that I am unsure if the cells are damaged or not after about a 4 ft fall. I haven't even used it yet, I was just testing out the position on my new (still building) SkyJib Super 6 Ti QR and I accidentally lost my grip and dropped the pack on the...

Aeronavics / Droidworx SkyJib Retractable Landing Gear not Locking

Your sounds like it is good, at least your SkyJib isn't collapsing under it's own weight. I went back last night and re-adjusted mine and I am no longer having the legs try and collapse while supporting the SkyJib weight. I do not hear servo noise when it is fully retracted or closed. I notice...

Aeronavics / Droidworx SkyJib Retractable Landing Gear not Locking

My SkyJib's retractable landing gear is not locking out when put the landing gear in the locked position. It looks like it is locked out but the legs collapse under the weight of the craft. Any ideas? I am new to the Droidworx world and the instructions are really not that great on the...

Aeronavics / Droidworx Droidworx Zenmuse Adapter Plate?

The price difference isn't that great considering what the upgraded parts are going for at retail pricing. I wish I had the offer so I could get some spare parts for cheap..lol. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

    SkyJib Super-6 Ti-QR Build Thread

Thanks for sharing, that looks really clean. I just don't have that kind of space since I used the Gryphon PCB. I see you are using EC5 battery connectors as well. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

Is what I'm planning to build good or can I do better?

+1 You should look at the Droidworx Bot. It will carry both of the cameras that you mentioned and is much higher quality. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

My next step is installing the boom nacelles, anyone on here have any tips for me before I install them?

    SkyJib Super-6 Ti-QR Build Thread

Tonight I soldered 12 extension cables with 3.5mm bullet connectors. I needed a bit more length from my speed controller to my PCB. I stepped back and looked at my project and I have no idea where to put the rest of the electronics and still be able to put the dome on. The gel adhesive below...

Aeronavics / Droidworx Droidworx Zenmuse Adapter Plate?

From what I heard if you bought your SkyJib 6 within 3 months you can upgrade to the new version for the price difference from the Ti version. With the Skyjib Super 6 it is not only the center plates and QR it is also the 550mm boom and crashcage.

Aeronavics / Droidworx New Build Skyjib 6 Ti with retractable legs

All of those are awesome products. I love the liquid tape, I cover all of my solder joints with it.

    SkyJib Super-6 Ti-QR Build Thread

No, I mean 17". That is the recommended prop size for those motors on the Skyjib super 6. Droidworx stated that they are getting awesome flight times out of that setup. The bombs are longer than the standard skyjib 6. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

    Large spark from XT90 connectors

I went with EC5 connectors for my batteries and I have not noticed any sparks. The plugs are not as difficult to unplug as my xT60 connectors are either which is a huge positive for me. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

    Aeronavics / Droidworx SkyJib6 Super 6 Ti-QR Build

Hey guys, I have started a build thread of my new SkyJib Super 6 Ti-QR in the build forum area. My Overall impression with the Super 6 is that it is very high quality craftsmanship and the QR feature is pretty cool, I am sure it will save some time breaking it down in the field.

    DJI Zenmuse GH3 Gimbal

I will have to check mine when I get home. The inability to use a filter is a huge boneheaded move by DJI. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2

Aeronavics / Droidworx Droidworx Zenmuse Adapter Plate?

I am pretty sure the skyJib 6 can carry A full size SLR. That is what the droidworx site states that it can handle. I guess it also comes down to your motor size as well. Have you flown your new Skyjib yet? Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2
