Hi Ian and welcome to MRF. Have a good luck around and walk first. the little Hubsan is a good place to start. If you want to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in look at the ARTF kits (Almost Ready to Fly) Or if you want to fly out of the box then the DJI Phantom is a good place to start...

Thanks Quinton. I nearly got the 12/35 but thought the 14/140 would do as a hand held lens and when I decide what I am going to fly the camera on then choose a lens suitable for gimbal operation. How are you getting your HDMI to Sd for video down link? Dave
