I have replaced the Hyperion servo with a Savox SH 1350 and managed to get some improvement. It is still not perfect but is good enough. I am using RSGS.

most probably your HDMI converter doesn't get enough current and it shuts down. do you have a separate power supply for the HDMI converter or you just power it from the camera? might want to see this movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sk2Nk-xlrSg

When you power the RSGS at step 4, what does the led show? My Led starts blinking red for a few seconds then it turns orange then it blinks orange and finally it turns green. I tried connecting the software like you said at step 4 but with no success. :( Thank you!

I managed to make the knob work again to control x1 I had to ditch aux3 which was the default channel of the knob I moved the knob on aux1 channel which was unused anyway and connecter aux1 to x1. The question that now remains is why this happened and Ihope it will not happen the same...

The knob shows movement in the monitor. I even replaced the cable between aux and x1. I will try resetting naza through a firmware upgrade and setup a new model in my dx8 to make sure all settings start from default. Thanks for your effort!

Gear switch -> gear channel -> NAZA U port Aux 2 switch -> aux2 channel -> NAZA X2 port Knob -> aux3 channel -> NAZA X1 port Everything works except the knob combination. If I use my aux1 switch to control x1 it work just fine. If I use the knob to control x2 still nothing.

I looked on the tx calibration screen and the slider for x1 is stuck on max value. I also checked the dx8 system configuration and aux3 port is properly bound to the knob. It worked fine for a while until it suddenly stopped working without me making any change in the dx8 configuration...
