I tried every single mode option and none will output analog video in movie mode. FWIW The only setting that will output analog video in playback mode is 480p.

Hey Guys - I bought this Mini HDMI to Analog Video Converter and I can only see analog picture in GH3 playback mode, not in movie mode. If I hook it up via HDMI cable to a monitor it works fine. Any ideas? pete

Too bad this won't seem to work for live video. I know I can buy a monitor and battery but it kills me that my MacBook has those two things already and I can't use them!
