No, standard FPV video TX can't do HD resolution, they pretty much max out at 640 x 480 on the better ones, cheap ones even less. You would have to set the camera to much lower resolution which then might turn off the HDMI port, kind of defeats the purpose. Only way you can transmit HDMI is with...
