stilll twitching... GPS mounting @ x=-13, y=0, z=-14.....calibrated... add 30% expo on all rud/elev/ail.... balanced props/motor can/bell,,,, this thing is driving me mad...
kloner one more question is it necessary for the gains for the pitch and roll to always of equal value. ie, if the pitch is 120 should the roll be also 120? my quad seems to be twitching on roll axis only...
Thank you Kloner... i recalibrated my radio and centered the 3 position switch values for the GPS, ATTI and manual as much as i can... will try it out tommorow and update you... another thing i noticed is that during the stick calibration even if i am not touching the sticks the green arrows on...
thanks... yes i did, i think its not the gps as it will also twitch on ATTI mode.... i believe the best word for it is twitch instead of wobble... its like it will twitch every one or two seconds...
it only wobbles when in hovering mode... i tend to use the gps as it makes it easier to pan the camera and yaw for some aerial shots.... the props were properly balanced... motors were balanced using vibe iphone apps.... dunno what else to do... gains are 140/140/130/140 and 90/90...
i can't remove my wobbling issue no matter what gains i tried on my quad and thinkering now on adding some expo....
is it possible to add expo when flying on ATTI and GPS Mode... say 30% on pitch, aileron and rudder? thanks..
i just installed my GPS and updated to the latest firmware. just question regarding the default firmware. i was flying my bonestock f450 with naza with the default gain setting on the old firmware - basic 140-120 and atti @ 120,
now with the new firmware the default values are basic pitch 271...

the f450 are getting cheaper nowadays... i've seen one for less than 40$ f550 still pegged at 126$.... Tahoe ed is spot on... eyeing on this OMG stuff also though still haven't seen any review as yet... just need a couple of arms, motors and escs...
i tried the x650/dji 920kv/30a opto esc/dji10"props.. no gimbals, no fpv... with chinese 3s 35c 2200 and can only get 4 scary minutes, everytime it climb more than 5 meter the vu would start blinking red a bigger capacity 3s might solve it but i went with lower kv motor and 4s lipo. having hard...
what motors do you have i have sunnysky's 800kv on mine with the dji 30 optos and getting 8-10 minutes (maybe can max it at 12)out of the Turnigy 4s 4000 nanos 35c... tried also the zippy 4s 4000 40c less money than the nanos and got the same result.. actually the zippy feels a bit more powerful...
From where are those carbon props? i tried the ebay 1047 and though they balance great i think somewhat the pitch is messed up no matter what i do or what gains i set on the FC the quad would always wooble... back to the old props and no problem... wasted 63$ for the carbon bling....
