Even after reading DJI's answer I can only assume the the larger craft produce more vibration. The vibration combined with the firmware bug on the larger craft produce the Flip of Death. I would think that it would affect all craft regardless of size.

This only makes me think that it's necessary to use vibration absorbing padding for the IMU. I think it's amazing how the craft flies steady despite the white lights and then goes ballistic. I guess we should fear the white light.
