Nope, I am awaiting the remote in the mail from Hobbyking. Does the DJI product manual not give clear enough instructions on this? There is a pile of videos out there... Have you searched them? Trial and error?

There's not much difference between the stock firmware and the 9xer? I haven't really compared them but I understood it to be a substantial difference.
