don't do that, you will get hurt... get an airplane model radio, it has a ratchet throttle, it is easy to tell between on click above or below center,,, so makes it easy to fly

that wire going through the bearing looks tight,,, try rotating the tilt 360, 720, make it so the tension of that wire group to help it make it go down. i would think if it started suddenly that tilt got spun around in transit or what have you.

I get it...we've been in brushless red r&d for 10 months now..... we've gone through 12 revisions..... same deal, most our old ones work handheld daily on sets, we also rent em.....
the av200 idd is brushless, maxton motors, just needs a brushless controller.....$2-$3k with rc, video tx, etc...
alot of our clients like that 72 all intra crap, but i stick with the progressive look for myself, looks money in post...
