    N00b - RCT800 GoPro AP Build

Well here is some advice. And i have earned this advice (ie. wasted a LOT of money many years ago) If you are building a rig for a DSLR, you will not end up using the rig you built. N00b - RCT800 GoPro AP Build

That rig is way overkill for a gopro. You could do a 740kv motor quad with 12’ props on 4S and get 12 - 15 minutes of flight time with a 2 axis GP gimbal and a fat 6000mAh batt. If you really just plan on flying a GP i;d go much smaller and a quad.

    Weird start up "habit"

Manual mode the throttle will be linear. ATTi mode or GPS take off’s basically start at 50% throttle since in those modes you do not have a throttle, just an "altitude adjustment stick” an d both do an kind of “auto take off".

Sky-Hero have some issue with Naza v2

    1) Make sure your props are all in the right direction. Just because your bottom motors are upside down, the props should be right side up. 2) Make sure your controls are calibrated in the Naza Software. 3) Make sure your ESC’s are calibrated. Besides that Naza’s hate prop wash, I found you...

    gStabiH14 - 14lbs / 6.4kg gimbal @ NAB 2014

Although pretty, the gimbal is still a PID based tuning system? So am I correct in thinking that any camera or lens changes would require a full PID retune?
