The amp draw would only be shown by some telemetry if you have it. I do t think the black box has any of that info since the superx is not tracking that. Sounds like you're on the right path.

I'm a little confused by your explanation - but it sounds as if you have tried the bad esc on other outputs and it doesn't work - and other ESCs work if plugged into the output that is giving you issues? If so, it sounds like the esc may be bad. The best you can do is swap the ESCs and outputs...

Yep. If it's flying best at +60%, maybe the main gains should be up more - and then knob can be back at starting point (+20% if you were able to get that sorted). Then you can adjust from there. It would at least be a good test. I say this because the knob can be flaky if not set exactly right...
