I have (7) T-Motor 45A BEC 600HZ ESC's - Simok K up for sale. Probably around 2 hours on them. All work perfectly. These were on an X8 where I accidentally let the 8th ESC bridge it's power cables and fry. These (7) are undamaged, and the rig was not in a crash. $140 shipped in the US!

No you would need to calibrate them to that radio. That's the point of the calibration, you are calibrating them to the end points of the radio you are using. The T10J even with a spring throttle should operate just like a normal throttle, hold it at the top and boot up the esc, after two beeps...
