nigel that is a matter of getting your setting your shutter speed different or if its fixed like a gopro, try a sun shade over the lens - ive seen people diy some solutions -

hifi - does this happen when you are holding altitude or changing altitude? certainly an odd problem - i am wondering if dropping firmware would help too? im on 5.16 quite successfully.

excuse me if this is a dumb question but...isnt the DJI prop a 15 inch prop? is one 15 inch dji prop shorter than a tmotor 15 inch prop? wouldnt they both be 15 inches? and the gap would be the same regardless of make of prop?

I would be suspicious of the bullet connectors between motor and ESC.
