well i sort of fixed the problem. went and bought a tarot 650 kit. upgrading motors 3508 580 kv 3-4s. confused on the equation for the proper esc. only lifting a go pro. any tips?

They are servo less retracts. Recently switched gimbals. Was using the cheesy cnc style gimbal. Bought a sweet carbon fiber gimbal and it's been acting up since. Really reluctant to switch back to the cnc. The carbon fiber has more clearance from the bottom plate of the copter( less likely to...

Also if I take the gimbal off it flys fine with retracts up.

It's a balance issue. When the retracts are down the copter flys fine. When they are up it starts shaking

The only part I pulled from the video was to rebind with fail safe triggered. I also mixed in a mode switch to be able to trigger all 4 modes man atti gps and fs

so i have got everything working properly with failsafe activated automatically with signal loss. had to upgrade the receiver to one that has preset failsafe on all channels.... not just the throttle channel as the ar610 did. this helped out a little bit. also here is a list of spektrum...
