Z15 Nex5r Shutter & Rec Stop Start Problem

Hi,

I can not seem to get the shutter or rec functions working on the new Z15 Nex5R Gimbal with V2 board.
I can get all other controls to work but not shutter & rec.
Ive tried checking all the setting on the camera and they are all correct to the manual.

Any help welcome please.

Do the controls work on the assistant? Have they worked before?

Yes assistant software working fine all controls move on screen.
Its not worked yet.

Hmmm. Check the manual for correct Nex settings. You'll get there!

Done that over and over again. Ive read other threads saying use autofocus when the manual say MF tried it anyway but no luck

DJI are crap they say they check goods before they leave the factory....Er i don't think so I've just removed the IR led from my sky remote and installed it on the DJI IR Board and now i have shutter control simple as that.
So if anyone's having trouble with shutter control not working check the IR Led first.
