Z15-BMPCC White Screen Problem

Got a problem with my Z15-BMPCC gimbal. Everything was working great but now all I get on my video monitors is the data overlay from the iOSD and a white screen. The data overlay is telling me that my video TX/RX is fine so the problem has to be in the Z15, the wiring or the iOSD. I have tried a feed straight out of the camera to my monitor and that is fine. Yes, the AV/HD switch is in AV. Any ideas?

DJI said to send it back but that really is not a good option as I have a job with that camera on Sunday and I need this to work. Obviously video downlink is critical...

So frustrating this stuff. When it works it's great but when it doesn't (which seems frequent)... I'm still waiting for a fix for the yaw glitch on my GH3 gimbal, and the analog feed on the GH4 I have now is not smooth.. drops frames.

As a backup, I purchased a very thin HDMI ribbon cable and HDMI>composite converter from AerialPixels. Not the cheapest though. You lose the ability to pan freely and you need to hook everything up after initializing the gimbal but it works reliably and is good piece of mind if you are worried like I am every time you power up the gimbal waiting for a picture to appear :). BTW I did not solder the composite output in to the bottom of the gimbal as they suggest... I just ran it up to the iOSD. Get about two 360's before it tangles up.

OK, got work around here. I boot up in 29.97 and get signal then switch to 23.98 to shoot. Boom!

That's the ticket. Are you on HD-AV 1.14 or 1.18? PAL or NTSC? I'm having latency and frame drop issues with 1.14 and composite out but at least I have a signal (GH4).

Glad I found this, I was about to get a baseball bat and smash my BMPCC Z15... nice one. Cheers!
Happy to have helped. We all need to band together and write the "missing DJI manuals" for sure. I guess that is what we are doing here.

I'm looking forward to getting my Gremsy H14 gimbal up and running next week. Gonna see if I can bypass some of this DJI gear with that. Yes, when the DJI stuff works it is awesome. It is just that camera and lens specific gimbals gets a little pricy and are a bit too creatively limiting.
